Grumblethorpe Historic House

This grant is for historic preservation and historic-food production benefiting the Germantown community.  Materials purchased with the grant will be for two vegetable beds and two flowerbeds, representing gardens of 4 generations of the Wister family. The goal of the grant is to enhance the historic landscape of the 1741 house, which serves as an oasis for the community and provides horticulture education for youth.
