This grant applicant plans to create a pollinator garden adjacent to Nice Roots Farm, replacing a currently mowed lawn of 4,000 sq ft., in the Allegheny West neighborhood.  Funds will be used to purchase native plant seedlings, plugs, seed mixes and educational signage. The goal is to provide a habitat for pollinators, and an educational opportunity.
