The Philadelphia Committee of The Garden Club of America also known as "PCGCA" is composed of ten Garden Cub of America (GCA) clubs in the Philadelphia area.  It was founded in 1964 to do more or larger civic horticultural-related projects than any one of the club could manage on their own.  It is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and was incorporated in 2009.  Membership is made up of the members affiliated with the ten Zone V GCA garden clubs listed below:
