The Philadelphia Committee of The Garden Club of America (PCGCA) is a volunteer organization of over 600 members representing the ten Garden Club of America clubs in the Philadelphia area.  Educational opportunities benefit members and the community.

One hundred percent of the funds raised from the annual "Fertilizer Fund" fundraising appeal are distributed as grants to 501(c)3 organizations within the City of Philadelphia.  PCGCA projects promote the knowledge of horticulture and conservation; as well as beautify and improve public, historic, and neighborhood gardens and landscapes.  Due diligence and oversight of all projects is exercised.  Members also volunteer to maintain and improve select public gardens.
